The right person must be a leader of leaders who inspire a high performing team to hit & exceed metrics. This individual will play a significant role in growing the business and developing the company's strategic plan.</p> <p>The Executive VP will be responsible for visiting field locations monthly and traveling up to 50% of the time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and has a deep understanding of operations and other functional areas.
