If you are a hardworking and positive individual who can fit into the company's family culture, this may be the opportunity for you to apply for this position today.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Accountant will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions </li><li>Prepare and monitor monthly-close, Journal entries, other sub-legers, reconciliation and analyses </li><li>Reconcile other international accounts involving foreign currencies </li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards and statutory requirements globally (US GAAP or IFRS) </li><li>Analyze costs and expense to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities </li><li>As an Accountant, you will work with third parties on audits, state and federal agencies </li><li>Stay knowledgeable on system implementation </li><li>Special projects as assigned by Leadership* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance: CPA is preferred </li><li>2 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry focusing on standard costing experience </li><li>Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting experience, ex: international and purchase is a plus </li><li>Proficient Excel skills, Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Say updated with technological advancements in accounting practices, software </li><li>Organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively </li><li>Strong sense of ethics and integrity in handling sensitive financial information </li><li>Strong communication skills verbal and written to convey financial information clearly </li></ul>
