<p>10+ Years of Experience managing complex, cross-organizational projects</p> <p>Plans, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of internal information system-specific projects, which translate business objectives and requirements into workable plans, requirements documents, technical and functional design documents and models</p> <p>Gathers required data from Stakeholders, IT Team, and Business SMEs to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications</p> <p>Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints</p> <p>Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met</p> <p>Keeps leadership (up to C-level) informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results</p> <p>Coordinates and monitors technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery</p> <p>This Sr Project Manager position will be responsible for helping our client implement our Minimum Viable Digital Business model in which the client is re-defining our product offerings, streamlining our Go-To-Market processes, and enhancing our application ecosystem to support ease of doing business with our customers.</p> <p>Experience providing effective written and verbal communication with all levels of leadership (including C-Level) required</p> <p>Implements consistent process and tools for program management using Agile Scrum/Kanban</p> <p>Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives</p> <p>Provides input on team and project performance</p> <p>Professional Services and/or Managed Services project experience preferred</p> <p>Experience with Sales process and applications preferred</p>
