Type: Contract Job Title: Fiber Optics Installation & Testing Technician II Location: Hickory, NC Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Hickory, NC Pay Rate: $23.35 - $24.50 per hour Work Hours: M-F 8am-4pm Education: High School diploma minimum Description The Eng. Multi-Discipline Technician II will work with optical fiber-based products, performing hands-on technical tasks such as fiber fusion splicing, connector inspection and cleaning, cable installation, and environmental/mechanical testing. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team under varying environmental conditions.
