<p>Overview</p> <p>Champion Window - Accounts Payable Specialist</p> <p>As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will record incoming invoices after reviewing to ensure accurate account codes, prices, purchase orders, receipts, departmental approval and other necessary documentation have been obtained.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. </li><li>Assists with processing payments. </li><li>Distributes signed checks as required. </li><li>Ensures vendor files and information are complete and supported by relevant W-9. </li><li>Acts as liaison between corporate and office managers. </li><li>Corresponds with vendors and researches when necessary for any billing or payment issues. </li><li>Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files. </li><li>Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary. </li><li>Prepares annual 1099's for applicable vendors. </li><li>Assembles and processes overnight shipments to branches. </li><li>Assists in monthly closings. </li><li>Prepares analysis of accounts, as required. </li><li>Performs filing and copying. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Detailed oriented. </li><li>Good with basic math. </li><li>Able to work in team environment. </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Experienced with handling "triple match" using a purchase order system. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is highly desirable. </li><li>Associate or Bachelor business degree is preferred. </li><li>Basic-intermediate excel skills </li><li>Able to handle multiple division/companies. </li></ul> <p>At Champion we offer more than a paycheck, we offer a robust benefit package including paid training, health, dental and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401K & bonus opportunities.</p> <p>Champion Window and Home Exteriors value career growth and development, offering our associates the opportunity to grow their career with us.</p> <p>Champion Window is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>If you need assistance with completing the online application due to a disability, please contact Champion Window.</p> <p>Today & Every Day, CHAMPION Thanks Our Veterans!
