This position will support trainings and follow up for The Greatest Journey (TGJ), Sharing Hope in Crisis, UNIDOs Conferences and the Christian Life and Witness Course. In this role, you'll support trainings across the country, oversee reporting and logistics, and help grow our impact through smooth operations and excellent follow-up.</p> <p>A day in the life of a Training and Follow Up Associate</p> <p>At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other and our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.</p> <p>In the role of a Training and Follow Up Associate, you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to trainers for The Greatest Journey, Sharing Hope in Crisis and the Christian Life and Witness course. </li><li>Support initial planning for Hispanic Ministry trainings and events (TGJ Teacher Trainings, "Train the Trainer" events, UNIDOs Conferences, Sharing Hope in Crisis Trainings, Christian Life and Witness Courses). Create and manage RSVP links and track venue confirmation links for all events. Send customized Ministry Agreements to churches hosting trainings. </li><li>Support promotion of each training event. Creates selects for emails to promote the event, import processes to import data after the event, and WhatsApp groups to facilitate communication with participants. </li><li>Coordinate logistics for ministry trainings including material shipments to cities and ensure smooth receiving processes, arranging food delivery for events. Send detailed instructions to staff, contractors, and host churches prior to each event. </li><li>Support after event reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support collection of TGJ reports from Project leaders from across the country. Use InnKeeper software to enter reports from churches for TGJ and other trainings into the ministry database. </li><li>Organize and store all training details, testimonies, and photos. Review and route impactful stories and photos for publication and promotional use. </li><li>When requested, be available during events to support coordinators and trainers with real-time issues. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned that are not specifically identified within the content of the job description. </li></ul> <p>Learn more about</p>
