<p>Commercial Banking Sales Performance Facilitator</p> <p>Location: In-Office | Major Hubs: Salt Lake City, Houston, San Diego, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver (May consider other Zions Bancorporation Affiliate locations for the right candidate.)</p> <p>Travel Required: Up to 25%</p> <p>Are you a seasoned commercial banker ready for a new chapter-one where your experience becomes a catalyst for others' success?</p> <p>Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Commercial Banking Sales Performance Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who has thrived in relationship management and is now looking to shift gears-whether you're looking to pivot after years of industry experience and ready to mentor, or mid-career and passionate about coaching and development.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate engaging and effective sales training for commercial bankers in both in-person and digital classroom settings. </li><li>Develop and deliver blended learning programs that drive adoption of proven sales methodologies. </li><li>Coach and support front-line managers and sales teams post-training to ensure sustained behavior change. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams-sales leadership, product, marketing, and enablement-to embed training into daily workflows. </li><li>Monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify and overcome adoption barriers. </li><li>Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences. </li><li>Contribute subject matter expertise to projects that integrate training into operational processes. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a Bachelor's in Finance, Business or a related field and 4+ years of commercial lending, credit, banking, sales training practices and procedures or other directly related experience. </li><li>A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. </li><li>A commercial banking professional with 5+ years of experience in lending, credit, and sales. </li><li>Experienced in training or mentoring others, formally or informally. </li><li>Knowledgeable in commercial banking, credit processes, CRM systems (Salesforce), and sales practices. </li><li>A confident facilitator with strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using data to inform decisions. </li><li>Someone who values integrity, sound judgment, and professional ethics. </li></ul> <p>Why Zions Bancorporation?</p> <p>Zions Bancorporation is one of the nation's premier financial services companies, operating through a collection of locally managed banks across the western U.S. We're known for our commitment to community, innovation, and employee development.
