We value thoughtfulness and high performance from everyone at FIS and look forward to having you on the team!</p> <p>Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 5:00am - 1:30pm</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinating set-up and maintenance activities for the remittance processor and related equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Performing research and adjustment activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Processing exception items.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining inventory of remittance processing supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing outgoing collection notices for negotiable instruments, e.g., bonds, food stamps, foreign items.</p> </li><li> <p>Running the Mail Sorter, tossing mail, and opening mail on a larger automated mail opener.</p> </li><li> <p>Performing check and data entry keying.</p> </li><li> <p>Handling mail prep at a desk when tasks in the mailroom are completed.</p> </li><li> <p>Being on your feet most of the day.</p> </li><li> <p>Handling other related duties as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Capacity to lift or move up to 30 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of remittance processing (we'll train you!).</p> </li><li> <p>Good written and oral communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to assemble, organize, and sequence work.</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and ability to identify errors in calculations and balances.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong data entry keying skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Added bonus if you have:</p> <ul> <li>Remittance processing or equivalent experience. </li></ul> <p>What we offer you:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Attractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and 3 weeks of paid vacation.</p> </li><li> <p>Career advancement opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Great workspaces with dedicated and motivated colleagues.</p> </li><li> <p>A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career step!</p> </li></ul> <p>Privacy Statement</p> <p>FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
