As a mid-level individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our cloud security Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product line, ensuring it meets market needs and drives business growth. We prefer to have this individual onsite in our Westford, MA, facility, so this would be a perfect role for someone commuting distance to Westford, MA, or able/willing to relocate.</p> <p>How you will do it</p> <p>Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and enhance access control and video surveillance cloud security products. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.</p> <p>Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and development.</p> <p>Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact.</p> <p>Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts. Use customer insights to drive continuous improvement.</p> <p>Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Ensure alignment with business goals and manage expectations.</p> <p>What we look for</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.</p> <p>7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the physical security product industry, access control, video surveillance, or cloud SaaS and IoT products.</p> <p>Strong understanding of access control technologies, video surveillance systems, and cloud SaaS subscription business models.</p> <p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.</p> <p>Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.</p> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Travel up to 20%.</p>
