<p>Kforce's client, a growing organization is seeking an HR Generalist to support high-volume recruiting and day-to-day HR operations. The position will be on-site in Raynham, MA.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers </li><li>Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and HR documentation </li><li>Maintain compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks) </li><li>Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning </li><li>Process employee status changes and HRIS updates (ADP or similar) </li><li>Partner on sourcing strategies (job fairs, social media, community outreach) </li><li>Provide general HR and administrative support* Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required </li><li>2-6 years of HR or recruiting experience (high-volume preferred) </li><li>Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and HRIS systems </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
