Openings: 1</p> <p>Post Date: April 28, 2026</p> <p>Work Location: 100% Onsite</p> <p>Salary Minimum: USD $50,000.00/Yr.</p> <p>Salary Maximum: USD $60,000.00/Yr.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Under the direction of the supervisor or designee, the Maintenance Technician performs semi-skilled building and equipment maintenance and construction tasks, The Maintenance Technician assists technicians on major repairs or new construction, installs, repairs, modifies, and maintains a variety of equipment and electro-mechanical systems used including ancillary and laboratory equipment.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Assist plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other mechanical journeymen, in major repairs and maintenance; which may involve following blueprints and written instructions </li><li>Lubricate, clean, and paint mechanical equipment </li><li>Clean machinery, appurtenances and mechanical spaces </li><li>Build, install, and repair walls, ceilings and floors </li><li>Perform wall patching and painting </li><li>Assist in moving and setting up of furniture; as well as, other equipment and machinery </li><li>Maintain and repair maintenance tools </li><li>Perform all routine preventative maintenance inspection and adhere to set timetables for completion </li><li>Operate, troubleshoot, install, and repair all equipment and systems </li><li>Perform routine cleaning including washing, stripping and buffing floors, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, emptying trash, vacuuming carpets, dusting and replenishing paper supplies </li><li>Perform receiving, mail distribution, and courier services </li><li>Maintain records and pertinent data </li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory </li><li>Perform other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma </li><li>0-1 years of experience working semi-skilled building and equipment maintenance and construction tasks. </li><li>Working knowledge of construction and maintenance materials and equipment </li><li>Knowledge of tools and skill to perform work using hammers, wrenches, etc. </li><li>Ability to read instructions, blueprints, and/or specifications </li><li>General knowledge of piping, plumbing, ducting and electrical systems including the interpreting of schematics and ability to work from drawings and manufacturer instructions </li><li>Ability to travel to off-site locations. </li></ul> <p>Posting Disclaimer:</p> <p>This job posting outlines the primary responsibilities and qualifications for the role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
