We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Family Entertainment Center Lead will be responsible for the management of the FEC operations including but not limited to: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Retail, Event Management Administration and Reporting. Family Entertainment Center Manager will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:</p> <p>The Family Entertainment Center Lead is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all tasks. These responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Helping with the implementation of marketing plan/strategy </li><li>Developing and maintaining staff schedules </li><li>P&L management and reconciliation </li><li>Creating and promoting program and activities within FEC </li><li>Retail sales and inventory control </li><li>Oversees daily operations for the FEC </li><li>Primary contact for all events and executor of bookings/contracts for the FEC </li><li>FEC development and sales in-house and co-partnerships </li><li>Overseeing inventory of the redemption store </li><li>Monthly inventory count of redemption and retail items </li><li>Maintaining and cleaning of the arcade equipment </li><li>Oversee daily function of the Arcade, Virtual Reality, & E-Sports areas </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of retail, sports or entertainment sales required </li><li>Must have excellent initiative, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills </li><li>Must be a team player </li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) </li><li>Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified period of time </li><li>Prior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversight </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high </li><li>May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend </li><li>Will be required to operate a computer </li><li>Facility has intermittent noise </li></ul>
