We operate across three pillars: Integration, Solutions, and Governance, with the aim of accelerating the integration of emerging AI tools while maintaining the guardrails required for enterprise innovation.</p> <p>As a Vice President - Generative Artificial Intelligence Integration within our AI Innovation Team, you will inspire employees to incorporate AI into their work, provide engaging AI skill-building content and workshops, develop practical prototypes showcasing the potential of emerging AI skills and tools, and foster a community of AI enthusiasts throughout the organization.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Drive usage of AI tools by employees through workshops, content, and interactive demos. </li><li>Train and serve a cohort of certified AI practitioners throughout the business. </li><li>Build functional generative AI prototypes while navigating the robust controls environment. </li><li>Produce and manage content for our internal AI Hub. </li><li>Partner with Governance, Business, and Tech teams. </li><li>Research and test the latest tools and methods in the fast-changing world of AI. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience helping businesses integrate emerging technology. </li><li>Proven ability to self-educate on emergent technology and apply it in business contexts. </li><li>Demonstrated experience crafting content and facilitating workshops that advance mindsets and skillsets in the workplace. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>You have an ever-growing portfolio of AI projects you are working on. </li><li>You are a thought leader on social media or in offline communities. </li><li>You have built and scaled enablement or accelerator programs. </li><li>You have a mix of experience across startups and enterprise. </li><li>You are opinionated about what good looks like with flexibility about how we get there. </li></ul>
