<p>This position is responsible for conducting clinical sessions as assigned by the academic dean.</p> <ul> <li>Must evaluate and report student performances and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures </li><li>Must meet Minimum Faculty Standards for hire and adhere to college policies and procedures </li><li>Organize and teach labs as assigned by the academic dean </li><li>Complete required professional development and trainings </li><li>Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor with all members of the college and community, contributing to a productive and growth-oriented work environment </li><li>Promote, model, and enforce academic integrity </li><li>Be available to answer student questions outside of class time (student conferences can be held on campus in a designated student conferencing space or via phone, web conferencing, or email) </li><li>Help students achieve their educational and career goals </li><li>Refer students to college resources </li><li>Maintain confidentiality in accordance with FERPA and Title IX regulations </li><li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures </li><li>Associate degree in the discipline if considered terminal and 3000 hours of recent and relevant work experience </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li></ul> <p>The employee frequently is required to stand for extended periods of time.
