Your work will focus on promoting growth, stability, and resilience through a strengths-based approach that emphasizes empowerment and skill-building.</p> <p>The Community Support Specialist (ITCD) position offers…</p> <ul> <li>Employee Assistance Program - 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost </li><li>Career Advancement & Wage Growth - Grow in your career with great opportunities for upward mobility and added income </li><li>Comprehensive Training - Learn and develop skills with our robust on-the-job training </li><li>Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting healthy, joyful workforce engagement </li><li>Telemedicine - 24/7 phone, web, or mobile app medical, behavioral health, & dermatology visits </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide community-based mental health services to adults, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation. </li><li>Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. </li><li>Utilize a strengths-based approach that emphasizes empowerment and resilience, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Strategies. </li><li>Coordinate care with other service providers, including primary care physicians and community organizations. </li><li>Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies. </li><li>Participate in staff development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to mental health services. </li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective coordination of care and support for clients. </li><li>Prepare for and facilitate ITCD group sessions as pertinent to client treatment plan goals. </li><li>Assist with transportation to community-based resources and physician appointments. </li></ul> <p>Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other human services specialized field; </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with two years of related work experience; </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Any four-year combination of higher education and two years of related work experience; </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Associate's of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support; </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Four years of qualifying experience in delivering services to individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities. </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle. </li><li>Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van. </li><li>Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. </li><li>Reliable means of transportation to transport clients in a personal vehicle. </li></ul> <p>Brightli is on a Mission:</p> <p>Join us in our mission to change and save lives.
