<p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for daily operations for supply and inventory control. Investigates, troubleshoots and resolves inventory issues/problems.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs audit and logistical duties for supply and inventory control. </li><li>Responsible for inventory levels and financial variance. </li><li>Executes product conversions within the enterprise resource planning system. Maintains item attributes in the ERP system. </li><li>Supports distribution and daily supply operations to ensure no disruptions occur that will negatively impact patient care. </li><li>Ensures stock expiration is minimized with adherence to stock rotation guidelines and best practice. </li><li>Effectively executes national standard consignment process and maintains vendor-consigned inventories. </li><li>Manages vendor adherence to established practices; examples include regularly-scheduled inventory review, payment practices, or contract adherence. May maintain contract addendums. </li><li>Identifies process improvements and drives implementation with manager approval. </li><li>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. Additional training beyond High School (e.g. CSCP, LEAN, Six Sigma certification, bachelor s degree) preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) years previous experience working with any of the following: shipping, receiving, picking, logistics, distribution, purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, contracting, vendor management. </li></ul>
