We manage over 200 Condominium Associations and Rental Properties throughout the State of Connecticut as well as manage the Housing Choice Voucher program for numerous housing authorities including the City of Hartford. We are a family-oriented company and our roots date back to 1973.</p> <p>Our Housing Program Management Division, which administers rental payment programs for various communities in CT, is seeking qualified applicants for the Occupancy Specialist position. This position routinely interviews clients, performs eligibility determinations, preps contracts and lease agreements, maintains an accurate record keeping system and effectively provides assistance between landlords and tenants. Candidate will maintain a caseload of ongoing eligibility certifications.
