<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the operational efficiency of security services for a high-value data center environment. This position ensures compliance, record keeping, personnel support, ongoing training, and seamless administrative coordination in a mission-critical facility requiring heightened security protocols.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Documentation & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records of incident reports, visitor logs, shift schedules, and audit documents </li><li>Ensure compliance with data center security standards and company policies </li></ul> <p>Personnel Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Assist in onboarding and scheduling of security personnel </li><li>Liaise between site supervisors and HR for leave, attendance, and disciplinary tracking </li></ul> <p>Communication & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries related to security operations </li><li>Manage internal communications between on-site teams and corporate office </li></ul> <p>Systems & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Update and manage security management systems and reporting tools </li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and submit to management </li></ul> <p>Procurement & Inventory</p> <ul> <li>Track supplies, uniforms, and security equipment inventory </li><li>Coordinate with vendors for restocking and repairs </li></ul> <p>Training & Development</p> <ul> <li>Organize and document required training for security personnel, including site-specific procedures and emergency protocols </li><li>Schedule refreshers and compliance retraining based on regulatory updates </li><li>Collaborate with site supervisors to identify skills gaps and recommend internal or external training programs </li><li>Monitor certification renewals (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Fire Safety, Defensive Tactics </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field </li><li>Prior experience in administrative roles within security, law enforcement, or facility management sectors </li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills </li><li>Familiarity with incident reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in high-security environments (e.g., government, IT, financial sectors) </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA and facility safety standards </li><li>CPR/First Aid certification is a plus </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <p>EEOC</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer & Race/Color/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Vet - https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/posters</p>
