<p>Kforce has a client in Warren, MI that is seeking a Trainer 2.</p> <p>Instructional Design & Development:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop training using ADDIE and SAM methodologies </li><li>Deliver content across multiple formats: ILT, VILT, WBT, self-paced, video, podcasts, job aids, etc. </li><li>Create instructor and participant guides, technical manuals, and visual aids </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Program Support:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Learning Program Managers to develop training plans and materials </li><li>Work closely with SMEs to gather, validate, and coach on technical content </li><li>Support training setup, testing, and delivery in technical environments </li></ul> <p>Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze training needs and align with business objectives </li><li>Develop assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness </li><li>Continuously improve courseware based on feedback and performance data </li></ul> <p>Additional Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with promotional materials and communication plans </li><li>Perform other job-related tasks as assigned* Master's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, or closely related field of study </li><li>5+ years of experience in course development, curriculum design, training, or e-learning, preferably in technical education </li><li>Experience in the automotive industry or a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes </li><li>Experience creating sound training materials and communications plans using graphic art software, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia </li></ul>
