<p>Develop, validate, transfer, and execute quantitative flow cytometry-based bioanalytical methods in a GLP-compliant Contract Research Organization laboratory. Perform analysis of cellular targets, biologics, and endogenous biomarkers in human and nonclinical biological matrices using flow cytometry and related immunochemical and molecular techniques. Execute regulated bioanalytical workflows from sample receipt through data generation and reporting. Conduct cytometric data analysis, data reduction, statistical evaluation, and quality control review in accordance with established procedures. Prepare GLP-compliant study documentation, including reports, deviations, investigations, and CAPA records. Maintain laboratory compliance with GLP, GCP, and GDP requirements. Perform routine cytometry instrument setup, calibration, maintenance, and performance monitoring. Support audit and inspection activities and provide technical guidance to laboratory staff as assigned. Requirements: Master of Science in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related scientific discipline plus two years related work experience including flow cytometry. Job in Newark, DE.
