In this role, the associate will work independently but under a supervisor to ensure that various office spaces are stocked with supplies and keep up with inventory. The successful candidate will be organized, customer service oriented, and have the ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.</p> <p>Major Functional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Daily mail processing and distribution - including shipping out mail via FedEx and delivering packages </li><li>Daily stocking of the micro market, conference rooms, and two breakrooms </li><li>Creation of Micro Market orders, stocking and distribution </li><li>May assist Human Resources (HR) with administrative duties. </li><li>Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. </li><li>Covering the front desk as back up as needed </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li><li>Complies with all policies and standards </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree/2-Year Technical </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>6 Months - 1 Year </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to perform various physical tasks include pushing a cart, bending and squatting on a regular basis when restocking product </li><li>Must have excellent organizational skills with an eye for process improvement </li><li>Must have good computer literacy - the role requires use of many web-based tools to order supplies and inventory </li><li>Must be customer service oriented, with the ability to interface with various stakeholders, have a positive attitude, and be up for any task </li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills strongly preferred, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree/2-Year Technical </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1 - 3 Years Administrative support </li></ul>
