As an Expeditor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the buying process that fuels our operations and drives exceptional customer experiences. If you're detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working cross-functionally, we'd love to meet you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and update key reports like the open order and purchase order follow-up reports, ensuring information is always accurate and actionable. </li><li>Confirm and expedite orders daily to ensure on-time deliveries. </li><li>Collaborate with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and CRM's (sales) to identify and resolve any issues quickly. </li><li>Communicate directly with suppliers to maintain alignment and reinforce our high standards. </li><li>Coordinate inbound freight schedules and maintain delivery logs (as applicable by location). </li><li>Act as a key connector between Merchandising, Sales, and Customer Service on delivery or supplier performance matters. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Experience navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a strong ability to coordinate across departments and keep processes on track. </li><li>Experience in a purchasing or buying-related environment is a plus. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. </li><li>Clear, professional communicator. </li><li>Comfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure. </li><li>Familiar with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools. </li><li>Team-first mentality with a problem-solving mindset. </li><li>Experience in packaging, procurement, or distribution is a plus. </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, and data analysis </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Why Work at Ernest?</p> <p>Because here, your betterment is part of our business model.
