<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>As the Retail Planner you'll manage the sales, receipts, inventory and budget for our retail stores ensuring adequate stock position to achieve our sales targets. You'll be responsible for analysing hindsight reporting against our Retail and Wholesale sales trends to identify opportunity and risk to our sales objective, and partner with the buying, wholesale and retail teams on strategies to capitalize on our opportunity and mitigate go forward risk.</p> <p>IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR RETAIL PLANNER:</p> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for analyzing hindsight reporting against our current sales trend to identify opportunity and risk to our sales objective </li><li>Partnering with the buying teams, you will strategize on ways to capitalize on our opportunity and mitigate any go forward risk </li><li>You will manage OTB by category and be responsible for sales projections and the distribution of budget to ensure sales and inventory turn plans can be met </li><li>You will enhance your systems knowledge by utilizing Shopify, Netsuite, Toolio and Inventory Planner to extract data and generate meaningful insights </li><li>Partner with the Allocation team to ensure ideal buy quantities are sent to the stores on time, and analysis of their performance with recommendations for adjustments of future orders. </li></ul> <p>COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>3-5 years of experience within apparel planning or related field </li><li>High proficiency in Excel </li><li>Attention to detail.
