This position reports to the Quality Engineering Supervisor and will be responsible for ensuring products and processes meet quality standards through inspections, auditing, and record keeping. The Quality Technician will perform a variety of inspection and quality tasks in support of manufacturing operations and new product development activities.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>5:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Thursday. Full-time hours with 3-day weekends.</p> <p>Some overtime may be required.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of in-process production and finished goods against engineering drawings and/or quality inspection plans. </li><li>Independently set up and operate inspection equipment including Round Testers and CMMs. </li><li>Analyze and interpret quality inspection data to actively support manufacturing teams on the floor. </li><li>Initiate Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) as required to ensure the proper disposition of non-conforming materials. </li><li>Monitor the performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. </li><li>Perform and/or participate in quality system audits as assigned, report findings, and make suggestions for continuous improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues. </li><li>Support manufacturing teams with new product development activities as needed. </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.
