If you speak fluent "organoid," have opinions about optimal media conditions for a broad range of cell types, and get weirdly excited about cell health - then this role might have your name on it.</p> <p>You'll be our go-to human for all things cell culture media formulations - from crafting novel recipes to optimizing growth conditions for a variety of co-culture systems. What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's or PhD in a related scientific discipline (cell biology, bioengineering, biomanufacturing, etc)</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in cell culture media formulations</p> </li><li> <p>Solid industry experience in a quality-controlled R&D environment developing novel media formulations (i.e. you've made various cell types happy and can prove it)</p> </li><li> <p>Deep familiarity with a variety of cell types</p> </li><li> <p>Experience running R&D projects: planning, iterating, analyzing, adapting</p> </li><li> <p>A love of solving tough scientific puzzles and synthesizing complex data</p> </li><li> <p>You know a thing or two about IP strategy and the product development pipeline</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communicator who can work across disciplines like a scientific diplomat ??</p> </li></ul> <p>?
