<p>Starting pay rate $17.20 an hour with $2.50 shift differential for hours worked between 7pm-7am</p> <p>Printpack Rigid is seeking candidates to fill a Quality Inspector Position in our Williamsburg Facility, reporting to the 3rd Shift Supervisor. The Quality inspector's key responsibility is to Inspect, pack and label product.</p> <p>Shift: 11PM-7AM Sun-Thur</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure safety</p> </li><li> <p>Model Printpack's Core Values (https://www.printpack.com/core-values/)</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect, pack and label products, visually detect small defects and classify them according to standard defects.</p> </li><li> <p>Support 5S/ Lean Manufacturing/ PPS initiative</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to work night shift, as well as weekends, & Holiday's if necessary (36/48 weekly shift)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. assisted</p> </li><li> <p>Problem Solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Reading comprehension</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required to wear hearing protection, safety glasses, hairnet, uniform, and steel toed shoes</p> </li><li> <p>Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time</p> </li><li> <p>Bending, lifting, repetitive motion, walking, and squatting</p> </li></ul> <p>Printpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
