Take your next step and support us as an PLANNING ASSEMBLY ENGINEER</p> <p>DESCRIPTION</p> <ul> <li>Provide expert support to the project team in planning and implementing assembly equipment and systems. </li><li>Coordinate onsite preparation activities for final assembly projects, ensuring readiness and alignment with project timelines. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including general contractors, to ensure effective communication and execution. </li><li>Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; proactively identify and mitigate risks. </li><li>Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all project processes, plans, and implementation activities. Support coordination and control of multiple assembly planning activities across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Oversee and support conveyor system planning, installation, and integration within the assembly environment. </li><li>Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly equipment and workflows. </li><li>Ensure all deliverables meet quality, completeness, and compliance standards </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Education: Automotive design engineer, Industrial engineer, Mechanical engineer or related. </li><li>Proven experience in final assembly projects, particularly in onsite preparation and coordination. </li><li>Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and site coordination within manufacturing environments. </li><li>Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and execution. </li><li>Experience coordinating multiple activities within assembly planning and project environments. </li><li>Solid understanding of plant engineering processes, including equipment installation and commissioning. </li><li>Experience with assembly equipment and conveyor-related project processes. </li><li>Strong expertise in automation systems, including PLCs and corporate/industry standards (e.g., VASS6). </li><li>Systems: JIRA, KVS, Cofluence </li><li>Knowledge of SMDS systems and functionality. </li><li>English B2-C1. </li><li>German A2 (desirable). </li><li>6 month temporary contract in Blythewood, SC. </li></ul> <p>MAKING IMPOSSIBLE</p> <p>THINGS POSSIBLE</p> <p>WITH YOU</p> <p>JazzHr Privacy Policy</p> <p>https://www.jazzhr.com/privacy-policy/</p>
