<p>JOB SUMMARY: The Residential Estimator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial roof inspection until roof completion. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>Perform all job duties in a professional manner to ensure excellent customer service experience.</p> <p>Review the calendar and ensure correct paperwork is taken to daily appointments.</p> <p>Inspect all equipment prior to use to ensure safety.</p> <p>Perform thorough rooftop inspections and provide solutions for the customers that will minimize our company risks in terms of warranties.</p> <p>Take photographs of the current roof system as well as attic condition and upload to DataForma.</p> <p>Provide durable solutions to customers in a responsive manner and within 48 hours of their appointment.</p> <p>Communicate the sales process with the customer and provide your contact information to customer for any follow up questions.</p> <p>Submit detailed proposals with correct manufacturer names, products and sizes to the Office Admins for typing daily.</p> <p>Follow up with customers once proposals are sent. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions and dropping off samples as needed.</p> <p>List any potential safety hazards on the job preparation sheet for production to review.</p> <p>Communicate and review sold jobs with the production and installation staff daily to ensure customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Ensure that job files are organized and filed properly.</p> <p>Share customer feedback with other employees.</p> <p>Assist with customer service, complaints or warranty issues as needed.</p> <p>Participate in a sales strategy that focuses on educating the customer about our products and installation methods.</p> <p>Embrace the programs identified in the DPR Marketing Program.</p> <p>Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <p>This position requires the employee to communicate orally, use vision to see near and far, use depth perception and hear at a conversational level .</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to constantly use hand controls. Employee will infrequently be required to do repetitive motions, squat and kneel, push and pull materials, crawl, and use foot controls.</p> <p>Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.</p> <p>The employee will constantly be required wear DPR apparel or plain clothing. Employee will infrequently be required to use fall protection, work in extreme hot or cold condition, wear work boots, safety glasses, hard hat, and/or hearing protection.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Experience: 3 years or more of related experience.</p> <p>Reasoning Development: Follow all company Health and Safety procedures.</p> <p>Mathematical Development: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers and use geometry.</p> <p>Language Development: Ability to read manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak using correct English.</p> <p>Licensures and Certifications: Valid drivers license is required.</p> <p>Education: High School diploma or equivalent</p>
