Contribute to the efforts to plan, organize, and detail responsibilities so that every intersection of the catering experience is excellent for the Guest and doesn't impede the restaurant's day-to-day operations or Guest experience </li><li>Create, manage, & resource a database on all catering guests </li><li>Ensure catering equipment, vehicle, and Catering Area maintain a clean, professional, & excellent appearance </li><li>Help maintain documentation on catering systems, procedures, & checklists. Work closely with Training Coordinators to provide training to Team Members on catering systems & procedures </li><li>Experienced in front of house and back of house operations </li><li>Work closely with the Catering Coordinator to provide a consistent guest experience across all catering orders. </li><li>Serve as the daily Catering Assistant alongside the Catering Coordinator during peak times. </li><li>Lead catering on the days when the Catering Coordinator is unavailable. </li><li>Continually assist the Catering Coordinator in growing the Catering business by </li><li>Identifying potential Catering opportunities in the community </li><li>Build and foster relationships with Catering clients </li><li>Communicate appropriately and professionally with Catering guests before, during, & after the sale </li><li>Be an ambassador for the business in the community by upholding an upright reputation of EXCELLENCE & HOSPITALITY. </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
