<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Conduct office telerecruiting by answering incoming phone calls and emails. Take part in outgoing recruitment call campaigns and assist with the distribution of information pertaining to college programs and services.</p> <p>Responsible for giving campus tours, presentations, and assisting with admission events.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Associates degree required in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Sociology, Speech, Political Science or a related field.</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people of all backgrounds and cultures.</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to perform duties on one's own initiative with limited supervision.</p> <p>Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Sociology, Speech, Political Science or a related field.</p> <p>Tulsa Community College Alumni.</p> <p>Bilingual (Spanish/English).</p> <p>One year experience in marketing and/or recruitment in higher education.</p> <p>Knowledge of higher education admissions/registration procedures.</p>
