<p>Job Title: Assistant Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Assistant Project Manager will play a crucial role in the planning, organization, and management of day-to-day operations within the project management team. This position supports Project Managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings as applicable. </li><li>Provide support to Project Managers upon receipt of orders to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins. </li><li>Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedules. </li><li>Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules, including all required dates, activities, and milestones. </li><li>Perform progress schedule updates and provide comprehensive reporting and narratives. </li><li>Update trackers with daily on-site progress utilizing the current database systems. </li><li>Break down project estimates to baseline earned averages versus the bid. </li><li>Manage resources and provide detailed reporting. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in construction management and project management. </li><li>Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, RFIs, change orders, and blueprints. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in Construction Management or a related field. </li><li>Willingness to travel nationally (50-70%). </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role is Monday - Friday and requires working 50 hours per week.
