<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Recruiting Coordinator will organize video interviews for candidates and internal employees via Outlook and Greenhouse applicant tracking system, for both University Recruiting and Experienced Recruiting </li><li>Manage candidate pipeline using Greenhouse applicant tracking system, Trello and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets </li><li>Assist with the pre-employment process for new hires, including but not limited to maintaining pre-employment screenings, and partnering with Recruiting Operations and HR Operations on hiring into the HRIS, Workday </li><li>As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate and assist with University Recruiting Program needs as they arise (i.e. preparing for fall recruiting season, supporting summer interns and co-ops, etc.)* At least 2-5 years of coordination experience in an office environment </li><li>Experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook and ability to navigate business systems (Greenhouse (required), Excel (required), and Workday (preferred)) </li><li>Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking, especially in fast-paced, high-volume work </li><li>Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a roadblock </li><li>Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates, etc. </li></ul>
