<p>Reports to: Principal</p> <p>Job Goal: To assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school in order to provide the best educational programs and services for all students.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervision and evaluation of professional and support staff </li><li>Monitor and coordinate student discipline in accordance with due process rights of students </li><li>Assist the Principal in the development and implementation of the school budget </li><li>Assist the Principal in fostering an atmosphere of high expectations and positive culture and climate </li><li>Assist the Principal in generating positive parent and community involvement and the enhancement of parent and staff relations </li><li>Collaborate with District Administration and teacher teams to coordinate, develop, implement and assess programming, curriculum, and instruction </li><li>Assist the Principal in creating and maintaining building-wide systems and procedures </li></ul> <p>Terms of Employment: Salary and work year as negotiated and approved by the Superintendent</p> <p>Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Principal using the Massachusetts Department of Education School Level Administrator rubric.</p>
