As a key contributor to our program support team, you will partner with engineering, design, and construction professionals to gain a holistic understanding of project delivery-from planning and design through procurement, construction, and project controls. In this role, you will help develop, document, and implement standardized project management and project controls processes; configure those processes within integrated project management systems; and develop training materials that enable consistent and successful project execution. At Jacobs, we'll support you in pursuing what inspires you-so together, we can make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in the construction industry </li><li>Demonstrated experience developing and implementing processes across multidisciplinary teams </li><li>Experience with SharePoint </li><li>Experience working with project management systems, i.e., Primavera Unifier and P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, etc. </li><li>Experience managing costs across large, multiple-project programs </li><li>Experience developing program and project reports including project status reporting </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive and client teams </li><li>Experience developing and applying change management processes </li></ul> <p>Ideally, here's what you'll also have:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new project management systems </li><li>Experience developing and managing resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 </li><li>Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and applications </li><li>Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations (visual, written, and verbal) </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Proven ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>#WestPMCM</p> <p>#LI-CS1</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>92,100.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>126,700.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
