<p>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business need.</p> <ul> <li>Assists the property manager or assistant property manager with ongoing leasing functions at the site </li><li>Prepare move-in files, take applications, answer telephone inquiries, greet, qualify, and show apartments to prospective residents </li><li>Provide resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and strive to secure resident lease renewals </li><li>Process applications and input information into Yardi </li><li>Process annual recertifications and lease renewals </li><li>Conduct resident orientation </li><li>Prepare and follow-up on maintenance work orders </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School/GED required; some college preferred </li><li>Experience in the property management industry preferred, but not required </li><li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively </li><li>Must be highly enthusiastic, sales oriented, and love working with people </li><li>Low-income housing and tax credit experience highly desired </li><li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook </li></ul> <p>McCormack Baron is an equal employment opportunity employer.</p>
