<p>Job Description</p> <p>Primrose School of Lakeville is looking for an energetic, outdoor loving individual who wants to spend their summer having a blast with school age children!</p> <p>Weekly responsibilities include implementing curriculum and monitoring/engaging on the field trips! A STEAM based curriculum is used to incorporate nature exploration, robotics, cooking classes and other fun summer activities!</p> <p>Applicants must have exceptional communication skills with both adults and children.</p> <p>JOB TYPE:</p> <p>Full-Time Summer Seasonal with the option to remain on staff after the season</p> <p>This is a position with 4, Ten hour shifts Monday through Friday. Day off TBD by Director. Must be able to work during the operating hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Team Player and Positive working relationship a must </li><li>Familiar with Rule 3 Requirements and Developmentally Appropriate Activities for school aged children </li><li>First Aid and CPR current or must be willing to receive training. </li><li>Previous assistant teaching position with a quality preschool or child care center is preferred </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>Must meet or exceed DHS Rule 3 requirements for Lead Teacher (preferred) </li><li>Minimum of High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Early Childhood, or Youth Ministry backgrounds (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour</p>
