<p>Job Summary and Responsibilities</p> <p>As our Surgery RN Lead, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, often from specialized service lines like cardiac, orthopedic, or critical care, continuously building your education and experience.</p> <p>Every day you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage complex care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, adapting to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>To be successful in this role, you will possess an enthusiastic, patient-first mindset, keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency, thriving in a dynamic clinical setting where no two days are alike.</p> <ul> <li>Plans and provides direct patient care as well as supervision of personnel practicing in surgical service areas.
