<p>Job Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to manage and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows. The ideal candidate will coordinate between multiple disciplines, maintain BIM standards, and ensure efficient project delivery through effective use of BIM technology.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain BIM execution plans </li><li>Coordinate BIM processes across multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) </li><li>Manage model quality control and clash detection </li><li>Create and maintain BIM content libraries and families </li><li>Establish and enforce BIM standards and best practices </li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM users </li><li>Conduct BIM coordination meetings </li><li>Train team members on BIM software and workflows </li><li>Generate 3D visualizations and presentations </li><li>Perform model audits and quality checks </li><li>Coordinate with external consultants and contractors </li><li>Maintain project documentation and BIM deliverables </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience with BIM software and processes </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Revit and related BIM tools </li><li>Experience in clash detection and coordination </li><li>Strong understanding of construction documentation </li><li>Knowledge of construction methods and building systems </li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and leadership skills </li><li>Project management experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Professional certification in BIM management </li><li>Experience with multiple BIM platforms </li><li>Knowledge of programming/scripting </li><li>Experience with point cloud technology </li><li>Understanding of 4D/5D BIM applications </li><li>Construction field experience </li><li>Technical Skills: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, SketchUp, Dynamo, Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Areas of Expertise: BIM project setup and management, 3D modeling and coordination, Clash detection, Content creation, Standards development, Training and mentoring, Quality control, Documentation management </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong technical and interpersonal skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. The ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving BIM technologies is essential.
