This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment for residents.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities: Customer Event & Meeting Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Schedule D.O. Associate and Ambassador participation in weekly resident orientations. </li><li>Coordinate outreach efforts including: </li><li>Calling, emailing, and door knocking for new move-ins. </li><li>Assisting with planning and communication for future resident events. </li><li>Delivering Welcome Bags to new residents. </li><li>Support charity drives: </li><li>Attend day-of meetings and events. </li><li>Handle item pick-up and delivery for events. </li></ul> <p>Amenity Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain building amenities: </li><li>Manage bike room tags and removals. </li><li>Coordinate bulk item removal. </li></ul> <p>General Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with lateral file and mask installations. </li><li>Conduct building inspections (common areas, exterior). </li><li>Submit punchlist work orders as needed. </li></ul> <p>ASR/RI Emergency Support</p> <ul> <li>Respond to emergency situations when primary contacts (Daniel and/or Michael) are unavailable. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Comfortable with outreach activities including phone calls and door-to-door engagement. </li><li>Basic knowledge of property management operations is a plus. </li></ul> <p>A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
