<p>The Assistant Vice President provides strategic and operational leadership across key clinical and administrative functions. The AVP partners closely with Executive Leadership and departmental leaders to align services with organizational strategy enhance operational performance, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The AVP services as a key liaison between Senior Leadership and Operational teams and play an integral role in driving organizational-wide initiatives.</p> <p>Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and practices acquired through completion of a master's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Oncology Services or hospital operations. RN license preferred. Certification in Oncology, healthcare management, or project management a plus (e.g. OCN, FACHE, PMP).</p> <p>Excellent understanding of healthcare delivery models, service line development, and operational workflows. Requires strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives.
