You're also a clear communicator and a champion of modern front-end practices.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>In the Cloud Innovation Center, your work is dynamic and agile. Grounded in Lean XP (eXtreme Programming) principles, you'll participate in paired programming, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration to build best-in-class software solutions.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cloud-native architecture and backend teams to build seamless user experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply TDD and pair programming practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible UIs.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability in cloud-native environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to integrate front-end solutions with back-end APIs and services.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to architecture decisions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Columbus, OH but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, FL.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development. </li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Typescript and building applications with RESTful APIs and microservices. </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with cloud-native application development and DevOps environment. </li><li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. </li><li>Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. </li><li>Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). </li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques. </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
