Special Education dual certification a plus, but not mandatory. </li><li>Elementary School experience preferred. </li><li>Reading/Writing Workshop, phonics, and multisensory reading instruction experience a plus. Background in co-teaching models a plus. Proven team member who works well collaboratively with grade-level colleagues. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
