<p>ProMedica Toledo Hospital is one of the largest acute-care facilities in the region. Our 794-bed hospital is staffed by more than 4,800 professional healthcare employees who serve a 27-county area throughout northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. We also have the area's largest board-certified medical staff, which is made up of more than 1,000 primary care and specialty physicians. In fact, we're the only hospital in northwest Ohio to receive this honor.</p> <p>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Provides clinical project coordination for Jobst Vascular Institute and the Vascular Service line</p> <p>across the health system, including acute care, ambulatory and clinic setting. Reports to the</p> <p>Supervisor, Clinical Improvement, Jobst Vascular Institute and has no direct reports.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>To promote and assist in the organization and growth of vascular service line, strategic initiatives,</p> <p>data analytics, research, quality, and education programs. To enhance market share and local,</p> <p>regional, and national reputation as the premier and preferred vascular service in Northwest Ohio</p> <p>and Southeast Michigan by assisting Jobst leadership with project development and</p> <p>implementation. Will work in close collaboration with the operations team of Jobst Vascular</p> <p>Institute as well as all physicians and ancillary staff. Incorporates the philosophy and mission of the ProMedica and Jobst Vascular Institute in all services provided. Note: Position may have</p> <p>responsibilities that are focused on one or more of the specific accountabilities identified below.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education: Must have Associates or bachelor's degree, preferably in health care related field.</p> <p>Skills: Excellent computer skills including Epic EMR and excel. Strong inter-personal skills both</p> <p>written and verbal. Must be able to successfully complete the hospital/unit professional</p> <p>orientation. Responsible for maintenance of competency. Ability to travel. Ability to engage</p> <p>effectively with all team members to build a team approach to problem solving.</p> <p>Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in health care; vascular/cardiovascular</p> <p>experience, office and/or acute care is desirable.</p> <p>License: Current healthcare license (if needed for profession).</p> <p>Certification: CPR training.</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education: N/A</p> <p>Skills: N/A</p> <p>Years of Experience: 3+ years of clinical, quality or research experience</p> <p>License: N/A</p> <p>Certification: N/A</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Personal Protective Equipment: As needed.</p> <p>Physical Demands: Must be able to move about hospital and between workstations; and</p> <p>prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond</p> <p>to inquiries; requires effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to tolerate exposure to dust,</p> <p>fumes, chemicals, temperature changes and exposure to blood borne pathogens and bodily fluids.</p> <p>Must be able to move, lift and carry light to heavy patients or equipment up to 50 lbs. Must be</p> <p>able to input and retrieve information from computer.
