<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Raleigh, NC</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $52000.00 - $75000.00 Base+Commission/year</p> <p>Job Shift: Day</p> <p>Job Category: Sales</p> <p>Description</p> <p>North Raleigh Location</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Sell, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts. </li><li>Foster positive relationships with all customers and personnel by providing superior customer service at all times. </li><li>Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.). </li><li>Keep back-room stock in neat and orderly condition. </li><li>Maintain package integrity and quality standards in the marketplace. </li><li>Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be flexible with start time.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel Amount: High</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> </li><li> <p>This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting and loading from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 8-12 hour work period.</p> </li><li> <p>Also requires pushing and pulling over 800 pounds, bending, reaching and squatting while merchandising and moving products.</p> </li><li> <p>Exercise safe practices and work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow a specified route in personal vehicle on a daily basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Service accounts during designated times established by management.</p> </li><li> <p>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.</p> </li><li> <p>Improve and build customer relationships at the retail level.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Any other tasks as requested by management.</p> </li><li> <p>Assume accountability for all equipment used to deliver and merchandise an assigned route</p> </li><li> <p>Always be looking for opportunities to grow sales.</p> </li></ul> <p>Candidate Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Communication Skills: High. Can communicate respectfully to address store issues to management. </li><li>Self Motivated: High. Can operate under minimal supervision. </li><li>Willingness to work until the entire job is done, including in adverse weather conditions, overtime, weekends and holidays as business dictates. </li><li>Good Math Skills Required/Capable of calculating margin/Mark-up percentages. </li><li>Personal: Pass the background check, drug test and physical capabilities test. </li><li>Driving: Valid and clean NC License and Insurance. </li><li>Adhere to all Federal and State regulations governing the sale and distribution of Alcoholic beverages in North Carolina. </li></ul> <p>NOTE: The above description is not all-inclusive and additional duties may be assigned</p>
