<p>Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Operations Manager to oversee the dining operations serving our 140-bed healthcare unit at Williamsburg Landing, an upscale continuing care retirement community located in Williamsburg, Virginia, near the scenic coastal region of southeastern Virginia. The Operations Manager ensures high-quality foodservice delivery, strong team leadership, alignment with Sodexo standards, and close partnership with the clinical team and Registered Dietitian to support health, safety, and nutritional compliance. Typical shift is 9:30am - 6:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care. What You'll Dooversee front of house operations for the main healthcare dining room and tray to room service;manage meal tickets and ensures timeliness of delivery;train and mentor a front-of-house team of approximately 25 staff members;deliver high quality food services for resident satisfaction;develop and maintain client and customer relationships;ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests;ensure Sodexo standards are met.
