<p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic focus: shape the vision and strategy for the global wing-to-wing AR and AP processes to enable business objectives. Understand and review business results with key finance and operating leaders. Communicate and drive alignment with process stakeholders. Serve as the voice of the process with all stakeholders within the Company. Define, improve and implement global standard optimized processes across all locations. Ensure standard work is documented and in place. Create and govern process transformation and lead projects to drive continuous improvement and improve business operating results. Identify gaps in process performance and sponsor remedial actions. Own process performance by developing KPI process metrics to measure the cost, quality and speed of processes. Understand and measure key process input and output metrics. Develop a framework for benchmarking process health vs external market. Ensure proper controls are in place and are both designed and operating effectively.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>10+ years of process domain expertise. Must be a "big" picture thinker with the ability to deep dive into focused areas. Ability to convert analysis into actions & recommendations. Change leader & effective communicator with a proven track record of driving process improvements with traction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively influence to drive the required buy-in and change to drive expected outcomes. Ability to work across matrixed environment. Demonstrated ability to partner with and manage stakeholders. Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload in a remote environment. Up to 15% travel may be required.</p> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or business preferred.</p> <p>This job position may include access to controlled information or technology subject to U.S. export control laws.
