This includes high-level hospitality experience, business acumen, coaching, and overall leadership savvy.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create a healthy work environment by supporting the team and fostering open communication </li><li>Lead a team with a focus on upholding Chick-fil-A standards </li><li>Coach leadership team to be goal-oriented and achieve extraordinary results </li><li>Strategically create result-oriented systems that can be replicated and scaled </li><li>Create a quarterly business plan and set weekly objectives </li><li>Set store goals, share results, and celebrate successes </li><li>Hold team members accountable to all policy standards, providing formal and informal feedback on an ongoing basis and issuing disciplinary action fairly and consistently </li><li>Ensure proper procedures are followed for order taking, hospitality, speed, and accuracy </li><li>Communicate effectively with a positive approach to all situations </li><li>Coordinate open communication with executive leadership and direct reports through scheduled meetings, email, phone calls, and communication platforms </li><li>Facilitate professional & personal development of staff by identifying staff member goals and how Chick-fil-a fits into their plan. </li><li>Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow operationally and relationally </li><li>Utilize development tools and platforms to create an environment of learning and growth </li><li>Hold all senior leadership accountable for their personal and professional development and job responsibilities </li><li>Maintain an open and flexible schedule to work any daypart in conjunction with business needs </li><li>Work in the store Chick-fil-A Horn Lake in any position and perform all other assigned duties </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 or older </li><li>Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant, customer service, hospitality environment, or High Capacity Team Leading role </li><li>Proven ability to lead a minimum of 10 Team Members </li><li>Track record of ownership and commitment to completion </li><li>Basic computer and iPad competency including Word and Excel </li><li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the position </li><li>Demonstrated optimism a positive attitude </li><li>Initiative and hospitality skills </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>College Tuition Assistance (20+ hours a week with Fri/Sat availability) </li><li>Sundays Off </li><li>Leadership and Professional Coaching </li><li>Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance available with Employer Contribution </li><li>Paid vacation and sick leave </li><li>Access to Scholarships up to 25,000 dollars per year through the "True Inspiration Scholarship" and up to 2,500 dollars through the "Leadership Scholarship"! </li><li>Free Employee Meal </li><li>Positive Work Environment </li></ul> <p>Location of store: Chick-fil-A Horn Lake 4323 Goodman Rd, West.
