Conducts training of employees on a daily basis and offers assistance to the management team to create advancement for team members.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Capable of creating a positive learning environment, conveying objectives clearly, encouraging and motivating trainees. </li><li>Work 85-90% of shift on the shop floor to implement training requirements. </li><li>Communicate effectively through hands on training, verbal training, and presentations. Document results when required. </li><li>Evaluate learning outcomes and report feedback to the shift supervisors to assist in building a development plan. </li><li>Must have ability to self-motivate and work without direction, as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete daily responsibilities. </li><li>Maintain familiarity with various training techniques, use of company LMS, and proper procedures. Navigate company database systems. </li><li>Maintain significant knowledge of how to run machinery and be able to conduct training for a variety of positions. May advance or refresh skills through the running of machines if necessary. </li><li>Participate in Onboarding and retention process. </li><li>Leverages interpersonal and leadership skills to foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement, collaboration, and long-term retention. </li><li>Maintain regular and predictable attendance. </li><li>Exhibits values that reflect the company core values: Integrity, Empowerment, Sustainability and Compassion. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS STATEMENT</p> <p>To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.
