<p>Marketing Coordinator Full-Time Position Hybrid</p> <p>Raleigh Orthopaedic is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Physician Liaison to support our growing marketing and outreach efforts. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and plays a key part in executing marketing initiatives, supporting physician liaison activities, and strengthening relationships within the community and referral network.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of one in-office day per week at our Raleigh office.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Marketing Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with social media content posting, scheduling, and coordination across platforms </li><li>Manage and monitor online reputation, including reviews and responses, in alignment with brand standards </li><li>Oversee marketing department administrative needs, including print materials and promotional goods ordering </li><li>Assist with website updates and ongoing content refreshes </li><li>Manage and maintain Google Business listings for all clinic locations </li><li>Support the design and development of print collateral and other marketing assets using Canva </li><li>Assist with partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives </li><li>Attend local events, community outreach opportunities, and marketing activations as needed </li></ul> <p>Physician Liaison Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with physician liaison responsibilities to support referral relationships </li><li>Help coordinate outreach efforts, events, and materials for referring providers </li><li>Support communication between clinical teams and marketing initiatives </li><li>Represent Raleigh Orthopaedic professionally in the community and with referral partners </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree required (marketing degree preferred) </li><li>2+ years previous marketing experience required </li><li>Canva design experience required </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines </li><li>Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy </li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through to completion </li><li>Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting social media platforms and scheduling tools </li><li>Familiarity with website content management systems </li><li>Comfort attending and representing the organization at community events </li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA options </li><li>Retirement plan with employer contributions </li><li>Company-paid life insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off program </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>$50,00055,000, commensurate with experience </li></ul> <p>Why Raleigh Orthopaedic</p> <p>Raleigh Orthopaedic is a trusted leader in orthopedic care, offering comprehensive services across multiple locations in the Triangle.
