<p>Shift Leader Description</p> <p>Leadership is critical to our success at Chick-fil-A Melrose Park. We expect our leaders to serve and care for our Guests and our Team Members. In exchange, we commit to investing in your personal and professional growth.</p> <p>Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Work 30+ hours a week minimum </li><li>Must meet all the expectations of a Team Member </li><li>Big-picture mindset and be able to make small decisions to push the team towards that vision </li><li>Must have developed leadership qualities that will aid in leading either zones or the store during peak and non-peak hours, including making key decisions in stressful situations, high communication with the kitchen and different zone leads, and being able to coach team members through various circumstances through high-stress environments.
